The Greenhouse Project is a developmental initiative by Rhythm In Motion Dance designed to cultivate emerging artists through mentorship, teaching opportunities, creative exploration, portfolio development, and community connection.

Selected artists will gain hands-on experience leading classes, developing their personal brand, expanding their professional portfolio, and building confidence as educators, creators, and leaders within the dance industry.

Participants will receive:

• Opportunities to teach THEIR OWN classes

• Professional dance photos and headshots

• Class footage for portfolio and social media use

• Mentorship and feedback from industry professionals

• Artist spotlights through RIM Dance platforms

• Networking opportunities with fellow creatives

• A supportive environment focused on growth, artistry, and impact
